I met with the owner, Don Mead, and we discussed what I wanted and he prepared an invoice that was to my exact specifications. His crew came out the next day exactly at 8:30 as planned and finished the job within 3 hours. Tom and his team did an outstanding job explaining what was being cut and why, meeting my specifications perfectly. Jeremy, a certified arborist, explained to me why one of the four palms was left with additional fronds than the other three due to the fact that palm was covered in Confederate Jasmine. He needed to provide more shade for the center of that palm so as not to "burn" the crown. The clean up was done well, including even cleaning some of the debris that went into my neighbor's yard and driveway. Very professional! I enjoyed talking to Tom and his crew and I highly recommend Apex Arbor Care for any tree landscaping job you made need.
